Sure, we have a pretty spiffy studio which we absolutely LOVE – but sometimes you can’t go past a little outside adventure, can you?… 
We love venturing out of Blenheim for weddings, even if it’s just nipping over to Kaikoura! New places to go adventuring, and who could say no to a mountain top stroll? Not me, that’s for sure!
Here’s just a mini update for your viewing pleasure, of Bub and Marcus’ amazingly beautiful wedding day!… 
I have to say a big ol’ thanks to everyone who has brought their kids in to hang with Emily here in the studio! The place buzzing with cute little people, loads of giggles and the odd noise your nana would not approve of.… 
I love getting the opportunity to photograph families when they get together. Often they don’t need a whole lot of encouraging in order to get the ‘silly’ going. I don’t know if it’s just because I’m a tad silly myself, but I actually like this shot even better than the ‘everyone look and smile’ version!… 
They met at church, Holly and Ben. Both of them in the music team, Holly played the piano and Ben played the viola. Holly is a bright and bubbly girl with a huge smile and loads of personality. Ben is more reserved and somewhat less exuberant than Holly. … 
I won’t lie, I was pretty pumped about saying goodbye to winter for a little while to bask in the warmth of far North Queensland. However it wasn’t only the sunshine that kept things warm, but the hugs and the laughter of family that I hadn’t seen in years. … 
After meeting at a pub quiz some years ago, Melanie and Ryan soon hit it off, became great friends, fell in love, did some epic travelling and on Saturday they were married in Nelson on a day full of happy moments, beautiful smiles and warm hearts. … 
Sam does all he can to make Hayley’s life a musical. From the moment she agreed to go for a walk under the stars after a friend’s wedding, he knew that she was the one for him. Hayley was also pretty well smitten from the start, maybe it was Sam’s epic skills on the BBQ the first time they were introduced, or the way that he leapt to her aid after she tripped on a step late that night, whatever it was Sam and Hayley both knew they had found their soul mate right from the start.…
